Riga

里加(Riga)是拉脱维亚的首都，也是3个波罗的海国家中最大的城市，位于波罗的海岸边，道加瓦河口。里加又是波罗的海国家主要的政治、经济、文化、教育和工商业中心。里加的历史中心被列入世界遗产中，联合国教科文组织特别认为里加丰富的新艺术运动建筑是世界上独一无二的。
