I enjoyed oatmeal breakfast here the other day, it was good. Good coffee too. Friendly service with a smile. Busy restaurant but the servers work hard to provide good service.

Au Bon Pain is fine for a quick breakfast or lunch. The coffee is good, and so too is the food. But seating is limited and your best bet is to carry out your order.

... But the cookies are sweetness and cofee is too hot (take care)! The price is good and there's a good variety of options! The sandwich options is very good!

I frequent this place a lot since I work just across the street. This is pretty much the only place to have a decent lunch, unless you want to go to a crowded Union Station or have Subway two doors down.
