We've been coming to Orvieto twice a year for 15 years. This is hands down the most authentic and best restaurant in town. Family run. Food is fresh, local, seasonal. Wild boar, nidi, pastas, desserts

You won't eat bad here (in Umbria it's basically impossible!) but "great quality" is quite far from the level of this restaurant: it's ok, but if you want to have great Umbrian food, look elsewhere.
Wild boar papardelle is superb, as is the pecorino mousse.
