Lau da pau is a mixture of egg yolk and custard. It's white skin an opposite to the normal yellow. The filling is yellow and green. Nice!
Very good dim sum selection. Highly recommended is fish steamed in ginger. Its da bomb. Food Price very reasonable. Must go shop.
The char siew pau, fried carrot cake with loads of ipoh tauge, and service by the staff here are brilliant. Unbeatable.
Excellent salted egg york custard buns (liu sha pao) and the lady shop owner is very friendly!
Dim sum just so so, and the workers are not that friendly.
