Beignets are light and fluffy. Each order comes with 8 almost perfectly spherical pieces of fried goodness. Served with dark chocolate and Tahitian vanilla dipping sauces.
The whole menu is delicious, but the hamburger is something else!
Made with Hangar One vodka, Douglas Fir and calvados brandies, maple and lemon, the Spruce Goose at Spruce in San Francisco brings some heat to the mix with its flaming lemon peel garnish.
Though it sounds sacrilegious, I'm gonna say the famous burger doesn't need the cheese. A bit overpowering.
