香港最好的铁板烧,店面不大,算上包房约30个位,所以经常很快订满;食材全部日本直送,鹅肝酱铁板烧伊势龙虾,虾肉弹牙爽口,日本一样的直径,A5和牛西冷选5成熟也是入口即化,亮点系日本洋葱,清甜一点也不辛!洋葱吃出了水果的口感,金蒜炒饭,渍的萝卜牛蒡和粒粒分明口感烟韧的饭粒是绝配哦,甜品选的是日本金橘雪芭,果肉好吃,啫喱和橘汁非常解腻!

I had a private tepanyaki room for lunch with my family. Everyone was generally happy with the food. I ordered the Canadian lobster and found the tail quite chewy and slightly over cooked. My mouth became very dry after lunch and wonder what they added in the sauce for the lobster.
Since Sanka was opened last year, I have used it many times for myself and also for entertaining guests. What is good about this restaurant is that is manages to retain the true Japanese culture and quality of the food. They also offer a good executive lunch package which is excellent value for money.
