粉蒸肉是西塘流传已久的一道家常菜,有着非常悠久的历史。老马粉蒸肉用上好的鲜肉加以秘方调料,拌上炒米粉,再包上一层豆腐衣,外面包裹上新鲜的荷叶。放锅上蒸熟后,肉便带上了荷叶的清香和米粉的酥糯,变得更加可口。客人在老马的饭店里点上一道粉蒸肉后,常常吃了还要“兜”着走。

在古镇闲逛2日,走过老马粉蒸肉小店几次,都没有品尝的欲望,临走时还是决定去吃个早餐,一个蛋黄粉蒸肉(12元一个)端上桌,不爱吃肥肉的我,居然两口就下肚了,软软糯糯很好吃,没吃够所以又加了一个大肉粽,6元一个,又惊艳到了,料足味好!离开古镇前很满意的一顿早餐!
