粉蒸肉是西塘流传已久的一道家常菜,有着非常悠久的历史。老马粉蒸肉用上好的鲜肉加以秘方调料,拌上炒米粉,再包上一层豆腐衣,外面包裹上新鲜的荷叶。放锅上蒸熟后,肉便带上了荷叶的清香和米粉的酥糯,变得更加可口。客人在老马的饭店里点上一道粉蒸肉后,常常吃了还要“兜”着走。

Si nous avions une "bat cave," this would be it. PRO TIP: Get la terrine if they have it. C'est all-you-can-eat.
De-li-cious little gastro dishes + fabulous charcuterie + great selection of wine, in a tiny, overcrowded but jovial place where you want to...spend hours!
Hands-down the best value food in Paris and most jovial atmosphere. Prop self at counter, select glass of wine, charcuterie, and small plates. Daily specials always great: pig ears, tripe are faves.
Sip glasses of artisanal wine paired with Béarnais-style small plates such as duck-heart fricassee, beef-cheek croque-monsieur, and splendid charcuterie from Camdeborde's brother's shop in Pau.
My new favorite place in Paris! Les croquettes jambon sont superbes! Also, the foie gras/bell pepper dish is amazing.
