Time flies and it's 15th,April again, but for this 15th,April, i didn't make it "our trip "but "my trip" instead.
It was supposed to be "my trip", but thanks Fat Kin for making this "my trip" turn to be "our trip"again .
Thanks to the powerful visa of taiwan that allows me to visit freely in a year, and thanks to Fat Kin's powerful macau SAR passport, which made this trip beautiful and sucessful~!
You don't have to buy the ticket earlier to get more discount sometimes, sometimes you just need some luck . like this time, i just spend 912 HKD to get a round ticket from macau to taipei with 15 kilos luggages just 5 days before my departure, which was the day i made up my mind to Taiwan .
Thanks Fat Kin for his international driver license and years experience in driving, that made us head down to 清境农场 of Taichung safely and freely ...
We just spent 3600 NET (not including high way fee and gas) renting the car for 2 days ,while you have to pay 900 NET per person from taipei to Taichung for one way by speedy train. and 6500 NET per taxi per day , so renting car was the best choice ~!
but you may need to be ready for the consecutive curve ...
After 3.5 hours driving, then we arrived at hotel ~~! it's 5 p.m. but no else to see because of the bad weather, but that happened to be a chance for us to take a rest..
There's always something to see on the way .
like a group of pupils going to a museum for visit in cute rain coat.
beautiful views after raining~
you always could stop your car freely whenever there's place worth stopping...
i myself didn't think that rainy day was bad weather actually, i prefer rainy days here, makes the view more hazy and attractive.
our hotel's almost on top ,that's why i chose it , cuz i believe that's the place where i could see the farthest.
and it was true....
there are so many hotels in this mountain, but it's not noisy or crowded at all.it's definately a place for resting and escaping.
the bad thing was that there were not so many restaurants in this mountain, you could only had snacks or 7-11.
the good thing was that you could almost get everything from 7-11..from food to clothes...
woke up and found it was a bright sunny day ~
after having the best home made breakfast buffet in the hotel, we decided to drive higher and further to 合欢山 because the taxi driver said you were not called you were in 清境 if you didn't go there.
it's my first time to be on that height and i was glad i didn't have altitude sickness.i guess next time i could challenge Tibet.
I've planed to see the sunrise here, but i would rather take a nap in bed since this trip was all about relaxing...
then we head down to 青青草原
where you could see the sheep~
where you could see the sheep~
i am not an animal lover,i felt in love with the animals once i were there though..
blue sky, white cloud, and green grass field ~it felt truely good.
not so much to see inside , but totally worth going .
it's totally worth 200 NET.
walked pass a honey shop, can't help buying one more jar cuz it tasted and smelled really good!!!!
Then we off to Little Swiss and Fat Kin has already been so tired after long day driving that he had to stop for a rest...
Swiss 's like a garden, and Little Swiss 's like a little garden haha
with many flowers ~
flower with many colors.
and colorful windmills ~~~~
Little Swiss 's good place to take your wedding pics.
it's so a romantic place , so 'd better bring your love one .
or not to be alone ~
Cuz you really need some one there to take pics for you hah ...so i woke Fat Kin up and had him to take pics for me though he's already tired to dead. a bit cruel , but well, that's me ..
couldn't help taking out the camera and tried to take all the views home~
We went down to Rainbow village since we already in Taichung .
but we didn't make it to 逢甲夜市 since Fat Kin, as a core person(driver) in this trip, had stomache somehow and we had to go back to Taipei for medicine.
Rainbow village is very small, just several old houses with wall paintings from a 90 year-old grandpa .
the only things worth stopping was the iron man who's very good at taking selfies.
and thanks for reminding us not to forget our dreams...cuz i almost forgot people need dreams....... and i need dreams....OMG i don't want to be a salty fish...~!
We gave up going to 九份 since it's weekend.and it would be very crowded.
to escape from the crowd, we went to a less crowded place--淡水.
we spend 3 hours in this street eating and shopping ~
is it a cat or a leopard ? it's a cat but more like a leopard.
eating and shopping ~!
eating and shopping ~
eating and shopping ~
and of course ~taking pics...
that's what girls enjoy doing ~~~
happened to meet a great great artist using paint to draw ~you don't have a clue what he's drawing till the end, fortunately i am patient enough for this time ~and i found i should really give him a big applause.
Taiwan is all about night market, for night market, how could we miss shilin market.
then it's another 3 hours walking ....
it's getting more crowded after 6~
and Charlie Lee join us after work~~~yayyy
i chose to sleep early while fat kin with stomache insisted going out for fun with his medicine .
and it turned out that Fat kin made a wrong decision lo~his feet inflamed after long day walking so he had to see the doctor and rest at hotel.
So i left him at hotel and started my own trip to 九份,so sorry for fat kin and so sad that i didn't have person take pictures for me.
there were many colorful paintings on the train makes taipei very young and active.
there were also many waiting lines at the stations.that's not rare, the rare thing is that people here follow the lines ,even the tourists will be inspired...
Taiwan is such a orderly place that becomes one of my favourite sight seeing places.
happened to meet such a stop which reminded me one of my favourite song call 暖暖.
out of curiosity, i stopped there and tried to see more things.but ..... there were not so much to see , then i went back to the station and started my trip again.
i was supposed to go to kitty village but i was told there were only a few kitties and it's not that fun if i was not that crazy for kitties.
and those who told me so were Ming and Zaza~they became my partners for the rest of the day ~~and became my friends for the rest of my life.
thanks meeting you two, you really made my day ~i did really enjoy the crazy times we spent together.
People came to 十份 mostly for its Kongming lantern .cuz people trusted that the lantern will take their wishes to the god and god will help them to achieve ...
while we stop here for its good views...
we saw stunning falls...
we met beautiful bridges...
Gave up going to 平溪 because the taxi driver told us that there were more to see in 青桐..
seemed like people now are crazy for the train rails.
and seemed like people like taking pictures on the train rails ....
there were so many wishes here..and people's wishes made it a beautiful scenery.
I was trying hard to look tall.
we went down to visit the japanese village...
a bit disappointed that there were only a few houses ...
but we saw beautiful flowers and plants.
then we saw a river and some rice fields.now it looked more japense...
There was a station call Happiness , we didn't go there but go to 九份 instead.
Taiwan really feels a bit like japan...
off the train , then we went in Family Mart and have them help us to get a taxi.
i just leanrt from Ming that Family Mart,7-11 or Circle K shops will help people to get taxi in taiwan.that's really convinient. that's how convinient shop should be like.
Warm hearted taxi driver took us up to the best place to see the full view of 九份.
we were excited but turned scare after knowing that we were in a tomb mountain.but to be honest, the views up there were really cool....~!
we went down and found all lanterns were lighten up already...
it's really beautiful at night ..
it's really more beautiful at night time here.
oh i have to say the people here were amazing, they could speak fluent japenses, korean, and even cantonese .
i think rainy days and 九份 are just perfect match .
It's already 9 p.m. when i arrived at hotel.thanks Ming and Zaza for the company ,i really had a good time with you .you called me elder sister at the first begining which made me uncomfortable, and i explained hard that i came in 1994, i was pretty sure i were young,,though i looked old somehow.but after you told me that you came in 1995,i felt like a loser really....time really flies and i am turning 22....
Thank god for the bright sunny day as i expected.
for the last day in taipei, i really didn't felt like doing anything~
i really just wanna stay in my bed....
then we started the day late at 12 :00 p.m. since my stomach already complaint.
and we had to go out for food...
we walked in a very friendly japenese restaurant, they greeted us and asked where we were from, after knowing that we were from macau, they showed us the macau flag and taiwan flag and put them by the table.
this little move really made me touched and laugh..
and the food there was good as well~!!!just next to the Ximen subway station.
We tried to make the last day a lazy day, so we walked back to hotel and rest until our stomach complain again .
西门叮was very crowded no matter at day time or at night.but according to the official information offered by Vivien and San Che,东区 is the fashion gathering zone.you could easily get cheap but fashionable things in 东区,while Ximen are more like Guangzhou ......things were cheap but with not so good quality.
Motor bikes were everywhere~~
So happy to have Vivien join us to the food trip ....
happened to see the sunset on the way to night market ~~~~~
games are big part of night market~but i didn't play any cuz i know i am not gonna win any gift~though the point is to enjoy the game, i still think that the biggest joy is to win something from the game.
Ningxia night market is not as big as Shilin or Raohe market.
but still with a lot of good food , good games and diversified souvenir.
and it's less crowded~with more local people than tourists....
Taipei is so a busy city ~
After we fill half of our stomaches,Charlie Lee joined us to the Raohe night market as well~
Raohe market is a lot more crowded than Ningxia , but not as crowded as Shilin~
according to the official information offered by Vivien and Charlie Lee, shilin market is a market which only atttracts the tourists and "kill" the tourists, and i was "killed" once indeed, i spent 300 NET for two small bags of pineapple ...
We tried a lot of snacks which i could not name them out ,,,
i just still miss the cheese mash potato~
We also tried the xiaolongbao which was claimed better than Dingtaifung's hahah~
Thanks 7-11 for the company through the whole trip~~~
Time flies and i had to go back la~back to macau, back to work, back to reality~
Taiwan,once again,i'll be back,soon!!!!
