Really good Cretan food. We particularly love their very tasty lamb. Try Gamopilafo, slowly cooked lamb with rice boiled in the broth, which is traditionally served at Cretan weddings. Another delicacy is Mesitropitakia, small cheese pies with honey (as an entré or dessert). Maybe worht while mentioning that I'm not a Greek national, but have eaten a lot of Greek and some Creta...
