I visited Pizzeria Valdiano for a late lunch with a friend for the first time. I ordered a large Pepperoni Pizza, which was cooked perfectly. The proportions of crust, sauce, and cheese were exactly right and the pepperoni was extremely flavorful. Topped with Parmesan at the table made for an amazing pizza pie.
