Got tonkotsu (garlic pork) ramen with extra wakame (fresh seaweed). So good! Just remember to dunk your toppings in the broth so they are warm!
Garlic pork is like a lighter tonkotau base. Go for regular spicy - I like spicy and even regular burned a little. Spicy cod roe is very salty, but worth adding!
Pricey ramen and no head waiter at the door. Food is okay.
Be prepare for a half hour waiting line, but it has the best ramen in San Mateo
There's a reason why there is always a long line forming before the restaurant even opens.
