After hitting the downtown area I made my way back to the Inya Day Spa for some spa treatments and a Boba Berry smoothie. Still as good as ever. These smoothies are a really great add-on to the spa experience in my opinion. The options haven't changed much and they are out of stock of several types, but the BoBa Berry seems to always be available. Love it!

Yes it may seem expensive for yangon but i am sure it is worth it. There is value to what you get. Boost bar is just delicious and refreshing. The cost of making great juices is high, i am not sure if they profit (from storing all the fresh fruits) or not. But thank you for making great smoothies. Hard to find non sugary ones in yangon.

Nice facility. Book in advance. Pedi was nicely done and good value. Friendly staff. Easy location. Would go again. Lots of polish colours to select from.

Decent location and went there after a Thai massage which in my opinion as best massage in Yangon, but in terms of smoothies, really good but overpriced for the city. I understand the health aspect, but charging three times as much as regular places, it is hard for me to go back.

Don't forget to say hi to BoBa. He doesn't bark or bite. He just loves people and can do tricks if the owner is there.

Inya day spa surprised us with really good Thai-style massage. The difference of Burmese performance of this was more than satisfafactory. We can recommend this massager M&Y

Affordable, excellent Thai traditional massages. Super courteous staff. A cute black pug dog to pet! What's not to love?
