Came across this restaurant by chance while visiting Kinkakuji. Reasonably priced. Very good tea. Courteous staff. Piping hot food. Taste also okay. Worth a visit if looking for Indian food.

Ganesha is a pleasant surprise in the midst of Kyoto. They serve excellent Indian cuisine and the venue was really neat and tidy. My husband and I thoroughly enjoyed our dining experience.

I would like to recommend this restaurant in Kyoto close to the Golden Pavilion for lunch or dinner Next to the delicious Indian curries the large and fresh naanbread are outstanding, and the best we ever had! We visited this place 3 times when in Kyoto, just because we loved it. Very reasonable priced, nice staff and lovely mangolassi aswell!
