麦奀云吞面世家的云吞面很有特色,虽然分量少了点,但味道超正。云吞用鲜虾,皮薄肉Q,面条相当有嚼劲,汤头是用鲜虾熬制出来的,不用放味精就很鲜。服务员和蔼可亲,价钱也不算太贵。

Try the tossed noodle with chutney pork.. Add with shrimp wonton soup for a cold foggy day at the peak.
这家店虽然名气很大,但很多人都无法读出该店的店名,我第一次看到时以为是“麦天”,还是太太发现我说的不对,后来索性就称之为“麦不大”了。净云吞和云吞面都不错,但绝对谈不上“惊艳”,我觉得池记的味道更好些。
山顶这家环境还是可以的,推荐吃净云吞,云吞面里的面感觉像泡面,不过这也是香港特色,我不爱吃,别人很爱吃呢
The beef wanton noodles in soup was superb..but what made this restaurant earn its Michelin-star is not only because of its great food but excellent service, as well. A 5stars for that!!
Small portions, but very high quality! Recommend either the chutney pork lo mein or the shrimp roe lo mein.
