Their beef sandwich is one of the best in Hong Kong or maybe anywhere. They use a toasted baguette and lots of garlic and fish sauce. This flavorful dish is currently off the menu but you can ask for it anyway. The biggest problem is the paper that doesn't cover it so the filling tends to fall out.
