奥蒂斯艺术设计学院，位于美国普拉亚德雷，于1918年创立。在1978年到1991年期间，该学院曾与纽约的Parsons合作，那时，它的名称是“Otis Art Institute of Parsons School of Design”，在西岸就读Otis的学生可以到东岸的Parsons去上课。1991年后学院脱离了Parsons，成为Otis。 OTIS对作品这一项要求很高，所以研究所采用小班制教学。Otis希望学生通过他们的创造力、技能和视野，丰富我们的世界。另外，该大学还有一个很特别的专业-玩具设计。
