if billy's tomatoes are on the menu/in season, they are a no-brainer. raw oysters and steak tartare are year-round standbys.
For meaty, sea salty oysters go for Barron (WA) or Treasure Cove (BC)
Everyone says the oysters are great, because they are, and the steak tartare is the best I've eaten anywhere, and I like steak tartare.
Oysters are fresh and delicious, but don't miss out on the scallops, amazing!
