粉蒸肉是西塘流传已久的一道家常菜,有着非常悠久的历史。老马粉蒸肉用上好的鲜肉加以秘方调料,拌上炒米粉,再包上一层豆腐衣,外面包裹上新鲜的荷叶。放锅上蒸熟后,肉便带上了荷叶的清香和米粉的酥糯,变得更加可口。客人在老马的饭店里点上一道粉蒸肉后,常常吃了还要“兜”着走。

Fantastic food. I travel paris often and the world for food and this place I think has been the most satisfying in terms of quality, presentation, service, taste, and cost. Come 30 min before open.

Very friendly service. Room at the bar at 7pm. Great menu- very unique and good wine!
Standing only, but a great little wine bar. Sharing plates is the way to go!
The ham and the bread in jambon-fromage sandwich are excellent.
Mini wedge of beef tail served with a raifort cream is a little bomb. Obviously, no reservations.
