高人气的日料网红店,位于little Tokyo。听说每次去都要排队,我们也是去了之后排队的,大概排了30分钟左右吧。乌冬面劲道有料,天妇罗美味量足。

在这个小饭店厨房前面的吧台坐着的顾客可以看着乌冬面被揉卷和切片。我点了个非常好吃的小碗米饭和嫩嫩的瘦削牛肉。至于主菜我们尝试了咖喱乌冬和拌着虾天妇罗的乌冬面。都是用大碗盛的,还有勺子和筷子,非常好。
Average wait time is somewhere from half hour plus but it's well worth it.
론리플래닛 에도 나오는 집. 수타 우동은 정말 맛있다. 그러나 그 외의 국물 등은 따라가지 못해 아쉽다. 그래도 미국이라는 점을 고려하면 상당한 수준임.
Sit at the back bar so you can watch the guy make the udon. Fantastic. Tempura egg is sublime. Tried the shrimp tempura and the beef soups, both were amazing.
