Americanized Croque Monsieur is amazing!!

Not very accommodating for vegans. You pretty much have to substitute what's there (tofu instead of egg for example), rather than being able to order grilled tofu or tempeh and veggies as a meal.

This is one of the best burgers you'll ever eat. It doesn't rely on a kitchen full of "stuff". It's minimalist and unbelievably good.
