Mashiko餐厅于2009年开业,是西雅图第一家坚持制作Sustainable Sushi的日式餐厅。他们家做寿司所用的海产品都是源自人工养殖的海产农场,因此不会对自然生态造成破坏。经过严苛认证的人工养殖海鲜,肉质十分精良。

说是很老式的日本料理了,吃了一下,是挺传统的哦,一点也不会觉得花哨,都是像茶泡饭啊,传统手握寿司或者炙烤寿司这种的,挺好吃
这家店的生蚝非常新鲜,而且全部都是生吃的,因为这个地方优质的冷水海域造就了西雅图得天独厚的地理位置,所以这边的海产品,那是非常新鲜
Wish I could remember the names of the plates but we randomly picked from sashimi to nigiri and even good old American style rolls and it all tasted great.

Try the spicy and very delicious red violin. The dancing shrimp is also milder and phenomenal. Best miso soup in the city.
