Came to Kings Cross looking for a nice, quiet place and stumbled upon Parson's. Not in a great area of town but had a fantastic atmosphere, friendly staff, good drinks and great food.

Interesting place. Booked but when we arrived no table for five inside! Food was good but really slow. In fact that was pretty much the story of the night. Slow... Oh and no slow cooked lamb without notice. Really, if you don't have it take it off the menu..

They make their own bacon smoked bourbon! Try any of their variations on the old fashioned and you won't be disappointed!

The first thing I have to say about this place is the pork cracklings it's amazing! The staff are lovely too, we went for midweek drinks, it was really quiet so we got change to chat to the staff, they were super cool and friendly. The place is also decked out really nicely, it's cool but still kept that comfortable relaxed feeling. The cocktails are amazing! Just go :)

We found this little bar and ordered on of their sharing banquets. All the food was to die for. Marinate olives, pork schnitzel strips, smoked chicken wings, beer batter wedges, prawn and mushroom ravioli and the pork belly sliders! We also added their meatballs as an extra which we probably shouldn't have as there was more than enough food, but it was all sooo good. We'll have...
