In a word AVOID. Unless you're a health inspector, in that case hurry up and get here! 45 minutes to cook 2 flake and medium chips. Would have left but turned it into a game watching the clueless owners try to cook everything in separate goes. Still had to put the fish into the sandwich press at the hotel as it still wasn't cooked.
