I go to so many hotel restaurants and its always the same. Not here. The choices appear hand made by the Chef, and especially allowed for special orders which seems to be a dying art in most hotels. Keep this up please. The Assist Chef also provided great service and a hearty laugh.

Had a lovely meal at this establishment accompanied by my wife. We shared an entree that consisted of Pork Belly, Chicken Skewers, Prawn Skewers and Garlic Bread.
