Love this place. Great quality, everything is made instantaneously, so fresh, just amazing. It's not that cheap but it's worth all the money. Vast menu and quick service.

I recently had business meetings in Orlando and stayed on Regency Drive. I was going to just walk to the supermarket behind my hotel, and as I was doing so, looked up and saw the sign for Sushiology. I love sushi! So I stopped in. To my pleasant surprise, not only was the sushi very good and served quickly, but it was very reasonably-priced, often a hard find in a tourist-trap ...

We binged a little and got a spread to take back to the hotel and the bill wasn't even unreasonable. Everything was delicious and we could watch the kitchen making our rolls and the crab in our spider rolls were still warm when we got back to dig in. Since it was so close to hotel we visited twice in the week we stayed!
