We had a choice of 2 menus 5000 and 6000 Yen. We trying both (only extra gratin) Hairy Crab does not seem that fresh. We had some at Hanayoshi and Ryunabe, both much better. Actually at Ryunabe we were shown the crab alive before cooking, definitely much fresher there.

Beautiful quant restaurant, My life partner and I had the 6000 Yen set menu which came with crab served 3 different ways in about 5 different courses (dessert inclusive).
