Good stop in Grand Hirafu base. Nice view both sides from Yotei mountain and Niseko Grand Hirafu mountains. Had one time lunch and many times for drink. Food and drinks was ok. Lunch time away long queues and slowed services. Anyway nothing special just good place to take a break.

We stopped by here several times during our skiing trip as it is conveniently located next to the gondola station. However the food is typical canteen type food and bad for Japanese standards. The service is ok and prices are in line for such a prime location. The views on both sites of the restaurants are great. It is always packed during lunch hours.

Recently (January 2013) a small group of us had lunch at Tanta-an restaurant at Grand Hirafu Nesiko ski resort. We each put in what we owed based on the individual cost of what we had but it fell substantially short of the total as per the bill.
