I went to one near a Mega Don Quijote store the taste is good actually cheap (around450yens) i like it! the only problem is that they don't have that much options, they give a chart to tell how much spicy you want the food...

We had a lunch of curry with hamburg and cheese. They put the hamburg on the rice with 2 slices of cheese covered with the curry sauce. You can choose the spicy level - mild, medium, hot and hottest. They even have a hot chili sauce at the table that is extremely spicy. They have red pickles (sweet), green pickles (sour) and sliced pickled ginger (like with sushi) at the tables...
