The best italian restaurant in NYC would be the right definition. Cosy, friendly family place. Mostly same faces around, very high scale New Yorkers. Owners and the staff are friends with most of the custumers because everybody has to have a personal account with them to pay the bill. They dont accept credit cards, either cash or you have a house account. The food, service ever...
