From the outside, it seemed like an office building but when we took the elevator to the sixth floor, we were amazed to find this huge outdoor patio with amazing views of the Congo River and Brazzaville. I love Sir Harry's, and it is highly recommended! There are two restaurants plus a club/bar. The food is delicious and reasonably priced, and the club has a fun atmosphere.
