Really great, even the natto and sashimi containing make your own roll bowl. Watch out for the wasabi maki, there is always one that will light your inners on fire. Great Japanese restaurant!

Düsseldorf has a Japanese population of over 10,000, so one can find great Japanese food. We really enjoyed our meal at Hyuga! The fatty salmon belly is extraordinary, if you ever come here.
