We enjoyed a very nice meal in their lovely, homey setting at the last minute for 6 without a reservation. the staff was very nice and explained everything on the menu. The beer was delicious and we enjoyed everything

When we called to see about a reservation at 21.00 the receptionist informed us that only the small menu was available after 21.00, they didn't tell us that the main restaurant (with cozy and romantic Austrian lodge atmosphere) was closed at 21.00 and that we would have to sit at the bar restaurant (with 1980's music blaring and blinking red hearts on every table...not cozy not...
