I recommend getting the #2 special - roasted milk tea with grass jelly. Their drinks tend to be on the sweeter side, so go for 30% sugar, 50% sugar tops. Long line ups usually in the summertime after dinner, but service is quick so not a long wait. www.travellingsushi.blogspot.ca

Good bubble tea and most popular in the area but horrible system and slow to get drinks. They recently moved to an electronic card loyalty system and it seems to be having issues.
