查了点评说这家店是整个威尔士特色奶酪做的最好的，虽然躲在廊道里面不算很好找，不过靠着城堡的地理位置还是很不错的。我们看完城堡过来，主店里面早已经满了人，所幸道路旁边还有一个店铺供入座（买单还要回去） 这里的奶酪十分的入味，更喜欢热过之后有点芝士的感觉。

Nice place in an arcade, very good food, nice staff, friendly. I recommend this restaurant, not expensive and good quality.

We came to Madame Fromage after reading an full, frank and honestly hilarious reply to a dodgy review. But if we'd chanced upon it we'd have visited anyway. The location is perfect in a traditional arcade. The welcome was warm and the selection of cheeses tempting (but not for my fellow plane passengers!) Brunch was called for and the doorstep bacon butty and Welsh rarebit hit ...

The food was excellent, the staff very friendly and facilitative and the smell of cheese in the air mesmerising. Definitely a must when visiting the arcades.

I love this place, I go just for the cheese. The selection is small but still wide enough that you can choose from many different options. It's not fully coeliac friendly, but if you intolerance isn't severe or it's just a dietary choice, they have macaroons and gluten free cakes available (they just mix with the non-gluten free ones).
