Big variety of sushi and udon, but the menu is not clear regarding the gluten free selections.
Spicy tempura, special california roll and dragon roll.
Pretty good sushi here. There's a few Korean options on the menu to go with the K-pop.
Very fresh sushi. Not much atmosphere so I prefer to get a take out.
The Japanese food is rather good having tried the sushi and tonkatsu.
Food was good but the rice in sushi & nigiri fell apart at the touch of a chopstick. Good miso. Really slow service & tables never cleared properly...dirt dishes piled on nearest table.
The staff are lovely and polite. Recommend the bento boxes - enough for 2! A bit more formal and grown up than yo sushi, a bit quieter and nicer to go for a conversation than wagamamas.
The bright side about this place is that it offers another option in Guildford, other than Yo Sushi and Wagamama, for a sushi / Japanese / Korean restaurant. Slightly cheaper than those chains too.
Food is okay but service is terrible, in the way naive wait staff do. Things like sending mains out with starters, sending out courses for a table at different times and leaving people waiting.
