There's something wonderful about having a craving for a certain dish & going to place that you can rely on to satisfy the hunger. I've eaten at both city cafes & the one in Richmond & all serve great pho. Typical of a lot of Asian restaurants you can be seated & eating in under 7 minutes. Good food, quick service, perfect for busy lives.
