Food at the lobby is great after drinking

Don't use the phone at all. Total scam. More than usual at hotels. Wifi barely functional. Lots of smiles until u have any issue. Then. It's just 'so sorry'.

Go elsewhere. Walls are paper thin, rooms dusty, equipment old - the supposed high-class is on the exterior or in the lobby only. Would have been amazing 10-15 years ago.

If you stay here often make sure you get the Peninsular Membership Card. Large discounts on room rates and also meals and drinks at the various restaurants at the hotel.

If your getting married and looking for a nice photoshoot spot... This hotel is excellent.
