酒店员工会说英语、德语、意大利语，十分乐于助人和友好。早餐有许多选择，有新鲜水果、奶酪、果汁、蛋糕等等。很大很棒的spa区域，不是很拥挤，开放到晚上10点。房间干净、很大很舒适。酒店就在火车站前面，去Parsenn滑雪缆车只要走路就行。

Unfortunately sevice and food were a little dissapointing. Staff were not very friendly here, either which is sad as our experience elsewhere in the Swiss Alps has been great!

This Bergrestaurant is a great place to sit and relax while the children burn off energy in the play area , or go to visit the small Alpine animal area adjacent to the play area. Even on a bad weather day it is a good place to stop for an ice cream or coffee.
