南加内陆帝国河滨县有一个人工湖叫做钻石谷湖（Diamond Valley Lake )，实际上是一座人造水库，也是南加州体量特大的水库之一。湖的容量为80万尺相当于9亿9000万立方米。水库建成让当地蓄水能力几乎翻了一番，并为河滨县乾旱，夏季用水高峰以及应急需求提供额外供水。
