Refurbished: yes. Better service: HELL NO. Don't advertise 24hr service, then be closed at 4:45am for "mopping floors". I left my apartment early in order to buy there b4 my bus to NYC. NEVER AGAIN!!!
Place looked like a tornado hit it. Half the menu was covered up with cardboard bc they were out of everything!
Has "McDonaldland" sign from back in the day. A cross between a hospital and the cantina from "Star Wars". General weirdness.
Love the free WiFi. Plus they have electrical outlets, unlike Starbucks. FAIL
