Fatboy's is my go-to place for plate lunches. Love both their garlic chicken and the chicken curry. Have had a couple of other options, which were good, but I also go back to my two basics. Fast friendly service. You can park in front or behind the place. Outdoor seating only. And they offer catering size dishes if you are having a get-together/potluck.

From the outside this place doesn't look like much. I am so glad we stopped here for lunch. If you like Poke, you will love this place. The food was great and not very expensive. We left full and happy with dropping 30.00 bucks just on lunch.

My wife and I stopped here for an early lunch in Kailua after missing the big breakfast spots. My wife had the Teriyaki chicken and I had the Garlic Chicken.
