We stopped at Portobello prior to a play at the Stanley. What a delightful surprise. We ordered 3 appetizers and one pasta dish along with a half litre of their great house red. More than enough food, with lots of delicious flavours. The meatballs were to die for. The service was friendly, attentive and speedy. Highly recommended. We will be back.

Try the "Gnocchi Alla Cardinale", Portobello's own, special homemade with rose sauce or meat sauce. The "Ossobuco Classico" is braised with red wine rosemary, carrots, celery & served with risotto.
