Rude and mean employees! We asked for a table at the terrace. There were 8 empty tables, and they told us they were all reserved in a very rude way. either they are racist or they hate babies.

It's a fantastic hotel set on a hilltop, overlooking the River Rhine and build in parts of an old castle. Try the different restaurants and bars as well as the relaxing SPA. You will love it!!
