It was a warm sun filled day driving from Siracusa to Noto. Just in time for lunch at Ristornate Manna that we just happen to drive by looking for parking. We were seated next to a German couple now living in Basel, Switzerland, and we all agreed that the food was fabulous. The service was efficient and a bit laid back (it was lunch). The salads and pasta we had were wonderful....

My only regret is I wasn't in Noto longer to experience this superb restaurant again. The service was exceptional and the food was really interesting and totally delicious. We received an amuse bouche which was really tasty. Everything we had was great but I can recommend the soft orange cake with almonds and dark chocolate.
