A beautiful beachside view, but completely deserted! We came for a drink during happy hour and stayed for sunset. In the hour we were there, no one else came which is a shame as the setting is lovely. Drinks were rather strong (not a problem for some people!) but despite other reviewers' comments, are comparable to similar alcohol prices on Bang Thao beach. Maybe more advertisi...

A friend of ours who lives on Phuket took my wife and I to his favourite local Beach Bar/Restaurant which was tucked away in spacious grounds at the far end of Bang Tao Beach - will fabulous views of the Bay itself - called Blue Siam. On arrival - with an old Arizona registered truck outside - the place looks rather run down but things get better as you approach the central bar...

We went here for drinks at sunset. Even with the advertised 30% happy hour discount the drinks were grossly overpriced relative to the area. The view is the draw here and is truly spectacular. We were the only patrons present for the 90 minutes we were there. Note to owner Connect the dots.

Down a windy Boardwalk, the place sits up just above the beach with great views of Bang Tao Beach. Drinks are great and during happy hour come down to an acceptable price. Food is a little expensive. Worth stopping in at for a drink!
