We visited Westwaters Bistro for a family birthday celebration. Restaurant has lovely views out over the lake. Staff are pleasant and helpful. Meals were large and delicious, deserts were amazing. With being a local to Westwaters Hotel, if you go there often enough you will notice the menu in the Cafe doesn't change that often. Sometimes the food isn't great but the fat chips are just brilliant!

Different menus in different areas but when I checked there was next to nothing for Vegan. Minimal for Vegetarian too. A large establishment in CS however the menu was small & all contained meat. The lady behind the counter said well the chips then? I asked if The chef could make a salad, she said no the chef will not deviate from the menu. Which gave me no choice to eat a bowl...
