No way it's the dirtiest Wendy's, that guy must have visited right after a bus or something. Cleanest Wendy's I've ever seen with consistent 100s from the Health Department.
The dirtiest Wendy's I've ever been to. I barely wanted to use restroom eating here was out of the question.
