We had bruschetta and pizza - both very good. Pizza is thin crust and the cook is Italian, so we presumed he would know how to make a good pizza! Pizza was not crispy or brown on the back. Pasta was so salty you could not eat it. Oddly the Italian chef provided a lecture about how salty Italian food is made and his is fine - oh really !!
