Wow! This place is one of the best kept secrets in Auckland. Just the drive out there was amazing. Nestled deep in the Waitakere Ranges and a long way off the road, you feel like you're royalty upon arrival. The building is stunning and the views are breathtaking. We went here for high tea on Mother's Day and I thoroughly enjoyed every minute.

We stayed here and ate in the restaurant 3 nights, for two of the nights I had the beef and 3rd night the venison. Both were cooked and presented to perfection. I even tried two of the desserts.
